Supporting the CRM Manager, you’ll be pivotal in planning, executing and measuring the success of personalised campaigns across Email, Push, IAM&SMS channels. You will also play a key role in omnichannel trading initiatives such as new product launches This role will be working on a hybrid basis from either our support centre in Milton Keynes or Manchester circa once a week. Your skills in time management, quality assurance, and informed decision making will ensure you produce initiatives with maximum sales&engagement opportunities. Success in this role looks like: Building upon solid CRM foundations (min 3 years CRM experience). Confidence translating business requirements, strategy&insights into feasible&impactful CRM deliverables, with clear correlation to metrics&KPIs. Effectively building omnichannel campaigns in-platform (Braze is desirable). Writing basic dynamic content logic&HTML. Supporting peers on Quality Assurance to a high standard. Collaborating with stakeholders from Brand, Creative, Trading, Data Analytics&Franchisee Relations effectively on cross-functional initiatives.
