We are currently working in partnership with Local Authority based in the Midlands , who are recruiting for a Criminal Litigation Lawyer on a three-month locum basis. The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis, and hourly rate is negotiable dependent on candidate experience and PQE. Duties will include (but are not limited to): Handling a varied caseload of Criminal Litigation matters and Prosecutions on behalf of the Council Advising in respect of selective and additional licensing schemes and enforcement work Conducting advocacy as required in relation to cases involving trading standards, environmental health and licensing matters Working hours: 35 hours per week Monday – Friday Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
