THE ROLE Develop, implement, and optimize collections strategies across various customer segments to enhance recovery rates and reduce delinquency. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for process improvements. Design and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of collections strategies.
