Reporting in to the Accounting Services Manager, your key responsibilities will be to ensure your team are performing all key accounts receivable processes accurately to the highest standard for our Responsibilities</strong></span></div><div><br /></div><ul style"margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:10px;"><li><span style"font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Ensure customers adhere to their payment terms through effective management of team members</span></li><li><span style"font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Overseeing effectiveness of the team in terms of debtor days</span></li><li><span style"font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Develop customer relationships to improve the service delivered by the credit control team</span></li><li><span style"font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Build strong relationships with internal customers in addition to other agencies</span></li><li><span style"font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Working with the credit control team to pro-actively ensure that overdue debt, due debt and unallocated cash are dealt with in a timely manner in addition to ensuring queries are resolved</span></li><li><span style"font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Ensure overdue accounts are escalated to the legal team in a timely manner</span></li><li><span style"font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Provide accurate and timely fiscal information to the Finance team on a monthly basis</span></li><li><span style"font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Responsible for carrying out the Month and Year End processing</span></li><li><span style"font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Ownership and accountability for your allocated ledger, being pro-active in managing the collection and resolution of the debt and individual queries</span></li><li><span style"font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Improving percentage of debts paid to terms, reducing the aged debt profile</span></li><li><span style"font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Escalation of accounts in line with agreed collection paths</span></li><li><span style"font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Reduction of debt over ninety days overdue, taking ownership of escalating aged queries</span></li><li><span style"font-family:Verdana, Geneva,
