As they enter the UK, they are looking for a visionary leader with a strong entrepreneurial mindset to lead this exciting phase of growth. About the Role This person will be responsible for establishing a strong presence in the UK market. This includes defining the strategy, building partnerships, driving client acquisition, and positioning the brand as a leader in legal innovation. This high-impact role is ideal for a business development professional ready to shape the future of legal services in a competitive and fast-evolving market. Key Responsibilities Strategic Growth: Develop and implement a robust business development strategy tailored to the UK market. Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities. Partnership Development: Establish and nurture relationships with law firms, corporate legal departments, and other key stakeholders. Build strategic partnerships to enhance brand recognition and market penetration. Revenue Generation: Achieve revenue targets by driving client acquisition and retention. Develop pricing strategies and sales initiatives that support long-term growth. Leadership&Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to align strategies and ensure a seamless client experience. Build and lead a high-performing business development team as the UK operations expand. Brand Positioning&Advocacy: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and panels to establish a strong brand presence. Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, including white papers and webinars, to showcase expertise in legaltech. Key Qualifications Proven track record in a senior business development or sales leadership role, ideally in legaltech, SaaS, or professional services. Deep understanding of the UK legal market, with established networks across law firms and corporate legal teams. Demonstrated success in market entry and scaling business operations. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to translate insights into actionable plans. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities. Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Experience with legaltech solutions or adjacent technologies is an advantage but not essential.
