Fantastic opportunity to join a leading London residential developer as an Assistant Cost Planner. The business has a great pipeline of large scale projects with an opportunity for career growth. The role is part of the Pre-Development team and will report to the Senior Cost Planner. You will have responsibility for specific residential projects developing and presenting cost plans, cost analysis, procurement strategies and adding value through innovative optimisation of residential schemes. You will have c. 2 years experience in cost planning, ideally in on residential projects.
