The Firm: Our client is an established law firm who break the mould in terms of offering more manageable hours alongside a genuinely fascinating diet of work, ranging from investment into media and sports groups through to investments into retail, food, energy and tech clients. The firm's Private Equity team is highly ranked by Legal 500 and has worked with a range of household name clients. The Role: The role will focus on advising private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, and management teams on a broad range of matters, including auction and buyout processes, group reorganisations, and corporate advisory work. About You: You will have at least 3 years PQE UK experience in private equity transactions at a leading City, international or regional law firm. You will be looking to develop your career at a global firm, as part of a busy team, with a consistent flow of both corporate and private equity deals. You will be looking to join an established name in the market, away from the white-shoe US firms but still maintaining a strong remuneration package and excellent quality work.
