The practice is solely corporate rather than a Corporate Commercial split, so the right persons experience would have to reflect that. The team currently cover 4 main routes market, which are: 1. Private Equity work, with a range of client types 2. Co-Counsel for a Magic Circle firm on £100-300Mil transactions 3. Working with FTSE 100 clients nationally 4. SW SME work IRO £5-50Mil They have attracted a number of Ex-city lawyers as well as homegrown South West talent, offering a real mixture of experience and expertise to their client base.
