The ideal candidate will have a proven track record working on M&As, ideally in the healthcare sector, as well as offering general corporate support. Key Responsibilities: · Assisting a Partner with the caseload of M&As, mainly in the healthcare sector, as well as offering general corporate advise · Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients. · Prepare and draft corporate ancillary documents. · Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing timely updates and strategic advice. · Collaborate with colleagues across various practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal services. · Mentor and supervise junior team members, fostering their professional development.
