The successful candidate will support a team of 9 solicitors/partners alongside another paralegal and a secretary. Key responsibilities: Provide transactional support Managing ancillary documents Preparing due diligence reports Legal research and drafting Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have previous Corporate Paralegal experience and a genuine interest in this area of law.
