My client are an international investment bank who are looking to add their Corporate Credit Risk team in London. The team are sector agnostic and many of the transactions are leveraged or structured, operating predominantly in Western Europe. We are looking for strong credit risk managers, who have experience in reviewing transactions from origination to execution either in a bank or ratings agency. Alternatively, if you are currently in corporate finance and would like to transition to a risk role this would be a good match. Responsibilities: Collaborates early with the business on new transactions to guide risk mitigation in deal structures. Reviews Single Name Strategies, OneDocs, and Electronic Transaction Requests on time, flags policy exceptions, and recommends improvements. Updates the business on risk status for accounts with weaknesses. Partners with the Rating&Monitoring team to ensure timely RAF reviews and prepares Credit Comments as needed. Cultivates key relationships for effective cross-functional collaboration and strategic alignment. Requirements: Extensive credit risk management experience in a financial institution, rating agency, or regulatory environment. Strong negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written. Solution-oriented mindset. Capable of managing a varied and demanding workload.
