Position Overview: My client is seeking a skilled and motivated conveyancer fee-earner with experience managing a high-volume residential caseload. The role will be working a variety of residential files, including sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfer of equity. The successful candidate can be qualified or have substantial fee-earning experience. Key Responsibilities: · Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, including but not limited to sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfer of equity files. · Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in relation to debt recovery and dispute resolution strategies. · Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing timely updates and strategic advice. · Collaborate with colleagues across various practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal services. · Contribute to business development initiatives, including networking and marketing efforts to enhance the firm’s profile in the residential property sector. Qualifications Experience: · A conveyancer with at least 2-years of fee-earning experience. · Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations. · Excellent analytical and communication skills. · Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively and efficiently. · Demonstrated client-focused approach with a strong commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients. · Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
