Role: Business Analyst (Legal entity setup) Project: Build of leveraged finance desk Client: Leading bank Contract: 6 month rolling (multi-year scope) Rate: £500-550/d inside IR35 X4 Technology are offering the opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to join a leading banking client to support the development of a new leveraged finance desk. This will largely involve the setup of a new legal entity in Paris, ensuring the smooth integration of business processes, compliance, and regulatory requirements for the new leveraged finance operation in the region. The successful Business Analyst will work closely with senior stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to gather and document business requirements, support process design, and contribute to the successful launch of the new desk. Requirements for the Contract Business Analyst (Legal Entity setup) Business Analyst experience on a legal entity setup or simplification programme Strong CASS knowledge, particularly with regards to client money segregation Leveraged finance knowledge and project experience Awareness of technology&systems (eg trading systems) This is an urgent contract position with first-stage interviews being lined up from Monday 9th December with view to having the role started by early 2025.
