As a Continuous Improvement Engineer , you will drive continuous improvement activities across the production line, managing a portfolio of improvement projects, and implementing innovative solutions that enhance safety, quality, cost, and delivery. Key responsibilities: Driving continuous improvement across the production line Managing and implementing improvement projects aligned with business needs Developing solutions to improve operational efficiency and product quality Qualifications&Skills: Experienced Engineer, or an Engineering graduate with a HNC in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and knowledge of lean manufacturing and six sigma principles (Yellow Belt in Six Sigma is advantageous) Knowledge of CAD, PLC control systems and quality management systems such as Q-Pulse is a plus Excellent communication and teamwork skills Familiarity with project management methodologies Proven technical expertise in a manufacturing environment Why this role might be right for you: Competitive annual pay up to £40k Great working hours and an earlier finish on a Friday A chance to lead innovative projects and drive continuous improvement Work with a supportive and team-oriented group
