They are seeking a dynamic and creative Content Creator&Social Media Manager to join the team. This role will focus on developing engaging content that enhances the brands' presence across various platforms while driving customer engagement and loyalty. Your new role - Content Creation: Develop compelling multimedia content for social media, that align with brand voice and marketing objectives. - Social Media Management: Manage and grow social media presence across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn), including content scheduling, audience engagement, and performance analysis. - Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that drives brand awareness and engagement. - Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyse, and report on social media metrics to assess campaign performance and inform future strategies. - Community Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with their audience through active engagement, responding to comments, messages, and reviews. - Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure content remains relevant and impactful. - Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., design, marketing and sales) to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels. - Influencer Marketing: There will also be an aspect of influencer marketing in the role. building a community of passionate advocates on social via influencer marketing, managing paid and gifted influencer activity.
