Construction Manager London £70k - £85k basic plus package and bonus We are working with a leading residential developer who are looking to strengthen the team with a Construction Manager to work within the construction delivery team on a major residential project in London. The role works closely with the Project Director in ensuring the scheme is delivered efficiently, to budget and on time. You will report up into the Projects&Production Directors, and take responsibility for on site construction activities, leading internal and external teams including site managers and trades. This role has superb progression potential, with the client looking for someone who can step up into a construction lead role in the next 12-18 months, and with potential for a senior leadership role in the coming years. You will have previous experience of leading the delivery of residential or mixed use schemes, ideally having experience in traditional build and rc frame. You will be well used to leading the site teams to a successful practical completion and be used to managing stakeholders&complex internal and external construction delivery teams. You will be an experienced Site Manager, Construction Manager, or Project Manager who has experience working for main contractors or residential developers. Key requirements: Experienced Site Manager, Construction Manager or Project Manager who has experience working for a main contractor, and ideally for a developer too. Demonstrable experience of leading internal and external teams to achieve successful practical completion of projects.
