Law Firm: International law firm Role: Conflicts Analyst Location: London, hybrid working Salary: £50,000- £60,000 per annum Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional with a passion for risk management and compliance? A premier international law firm are seeking to hire a Conflicts Analyst to support their global operations and work closely with their Office of General Counsel. This is an exciting new position, created as part of the firm's expansion of their conflicts function in the UK. In this role, you’ll assist attorneys in maintaining compliance by analysing data for potential new business and new hires. Your work will be pivotal to identifying ethical and business-related conflicts of interest, processing new business intake forms, and ensuring adherence to firm policies. What You’ll Do: Respond to inquiries from attorneys, paralegals, and legal secretaries regarding new business processes. Conduct conflicts searches, perform corporate research, and prepare clearance reports. Review and process new business intake forms and associated documentation. Manage confidentiality and ethical screens using advanced legal platforms. Maintain databases and systems to ensure accuracy and compliance. Requirements: 3–4 years of experience in risk management, research, or conflicts searching in a law firm setting. Bachelor’s degree required. Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and decision-making skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with tools like Intapp Open, S&P Capital IQ, LexisNexis, or similar platforms. A collaborative mindset and commitment to exceptional customer service.
