Configuration Manager Role type: Full time permanent position with hybrid working. Job Description: We are seeking for a dynamic leader to push forward the modernisation of the Configuration Management system. In this key role you will play a key role in ensuring automated and integrated CM processes to ensure the delivery of innovative and high-quality solutions that are aligned with the organisational goals. Job Responsibilities: Leading a high performing Configuration Management team, establishing a collaborative and pragmatic approach. Implement scalable Configuration Management processes that will aid in fostering continuous improvement. Drive the adoption of tools and automation to improve efficiency and accuracy. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high quality Configuration Management practices which align with the organisational goals. Overseeing change control to ensure transparency and traceability. Track and report Configuration Management performance. Job Requirements: Experience in configuration management with a focus on lifecycle management, automation and collaboration. Experience with CM tools such as Git, Jenkins, Jira and other similar platforms. Proven leadership and organisational skills. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline; CMII or CM2-P qualification preferred. SC Clearance required. Good understanding of CM processes, tools and best practices.
