Compliance Officer - Insurance London/Hybrid The Compliance Officer will operate in a Regional Compliance Function offering wide exposure across a number of areas of compliance. Duties Conduct horizon scanning for new UK and EU regulatory developments. Work with local compliance across the region to ensure policies fit local requirements. Lead the roll out of new and updated policies and guidelines including training. Ensure that new regulatory developments are reported and tracked by local compliance. Contribute to horizon scanning internal communication and reporting. Support the maintenance of key Compliance frameworks. Build and maintain a strong technical knowledge of relevant UK&EU regulation. Support the development and regular review of policies and procedures. Skills And Experience Required 2 years’ experience of working in Compliance role within the insurance industry Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organisational skills Proven track record of navigating regulation within insurance Comfortable working in a regional team where a number of stakeholders are based in other countries.
