Arthur have partnered with a Global Insurer who are seeking a Compliance Analyst (advisory) to join their advisory team on a full time, permanent basis. This role is based in Birmingham (hybrid 2 days in the office) and reports into the Compliance Manager. The role: Assist with providing advisory (UK and international) across FCA and PRA Support on Audit and Assurance Support on international advisory projects Contribute to the group annual compliance plan Perform horizon scanning / keep updated with regulatory change and development Experience: x2 years within Compliance (ideally insurance, but open to wider financial services) Good regulatory understanding (FCA is essential, PRA is desirable) International regulatory exposure is highly advantageous Competitive salary and strong benefits package
