In the social media team we are responsible for a wide range of channels across multiple divisions. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of social media channels and across multiple teams to deliver best in class content. The social media team consists of 4 members located in London. You will be reporting to the Senior Social Media and Content Manager. As our Community and Social Media Manager you will be a part of the global marketing team where we are responsible for managing our online communities on social media and beyond, as well as assisting with content delivery and being the leader on the team’s systems and tools. In this role, you will: Lead on the management of OANDA’s communities across social media and review sites. Monitor social media channels manually and via a range of listening tools. Be the lead within the team for social media tools, platforms and systems. Manage client queries across multiple teams within the business. What skillset do you need to be successful in this role? Minimum 2 years experience in a community management role. 5 years in a social media or marketing role. Experience within a highly regulated industry. Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to lead on projects and liaise with stakeholders across the business. Excellent writing skills and attention to detail. Strong understanding of the financial markets. Nice to have: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field. Previous experience at broker.
