Commercial Manager – Leading Defence Business We are recruiting for an exciting Commercial Manager position with a leading defence organisation . The Details Role : Commercial Manager Location : Bristol/Gloucestershire (hybrid working – 2 days a week in the office with occasional travel) Salary : Up to £65,000 Bonus Clearance : Must have or be eligible to obtain SC clearance What You’ll Do Manage and negotiate complex commercial contracts within the defence sector. Provide strategic commercial advice to stakeholders, ensuring compliance and best practices. Identify and mitigate risks while capitalising on opportunities for growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a Commercial Manager who: Has experience in a similar role, ideally within the defence or high-security industry. Possesses excellent negotiation, contract management, and stakeholder management skills. Is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
