Commercial Legal Counsel (Part-Time) Heriot Brown is representing a leading real estate developer known for delivering innovative, high-quality spaces that redefine modern living and working environments. In this role, you'll take ownership of key commercial legal matters, working closely with diverse stakeholders to support the company’s ambitious growth and success. Key Responsibilities Provide hands-on legal support across procurement, partnerships, IT, and HR. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including service agreements, technology contracts, and data protection documents. Drive projects and contracts to completion, ensuring commercial intent is effectively translated into legal drafting. Maintain and update precedent documents and templates, staying ahead of legal developments. Build and foster strong relationships across teams, becoming a trusted business partner. About You Qualified solicitor in England and Wales with 4 years PQE in commercial law, ideally with in-house experience. Confident working independently, with excellent drafting and time management skills. Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to tackling legal challenges. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
