Commercial Finance Analyst | £60,000 - £70,000 | Central London (Hybrid - 2 days per week) Simpson Judge has partnered with a PE-backed business growing through a mix of acquisitions and organic growth. The Commercial Finance Analyst position offers a fast-paced, hands-on role with key exposure to C-suite executives. This role involves driving strategic decision-making through analysis, partnering cross-functionally, supporting the Group FP&A process, and improving financial processes in a fast-paced, hands on environment in a lean, high-performing team. Responsibilities (Not Exhaustive): Group FP&A: Managing the P&L output and collaborating with various functions to project sales, cost of sales, and overheads. Conducting monthly variance analysis on financial results and preparing Board presentations. Performing scenario analysis to guide strategic planning. Finance Business Partner to the Sales Team: Analysing sales performance and pricing strategies. Evaluating market trends to support sales forecasts for both existing and new products. Identifying and supporting opportunities for organic growth. Process improvement: Support the implementation of a new FP&A system and optimising the use of Power BI. Undertaking various ad-hoc tasks to improve finance processes. Requirements: 3 years of experience within FP&A or Commercial Finance PE/VC-backed experience is desirable Strong Financial Modelling skills ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CA Qualified (Nice to have) Strong Business Partnering and stakeholder management For more information, apply now.
