Job Title: Clinical Case Manager - Complex Care Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum Mileage (45p per mile) Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week Location: North London (Remote&Field-based) Are you an experienced Paediatric Nurse or General Nurse with a background in paediatric complex care? Overview: Compass Associates are delighted to be partnering with a well-respected provider of Community Complex Care services, specialising in both Paediatric and Adult care. The company is known for delivering exceptional services in the community for conditions such as Brain Injury, Cerebral Palsy, Multiple Sclerosis, and Motor Neurone Disease. We are currently recruiting a Clinical Case Manager to oversee a caseload of Paediatric and Adult community complex care packages in North London. Key Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of 12 patients, predominantly paediatric clients. Ensure personalised, complex care in their homes, and provide both nursing support and emotional well-being to clients and families. Oversee care plans, competencies, and clinical documentation for all cases. Conduct supervisions, clinical assessments, and ensure that staff meet required competencies and standards. Work closely with the care team, recruiters, and external agencies. Attend regular meetings, including weekly package reviews and monthly team meetings. Participate in ongoing training and development, including clinical team meetings and clinical training sessions to meet revalidation requirements. Lead clinical interviews for new nurses and HCAs, ensuring staff competency and compliance with care standards. Candidate Requirements: RGN, RSCN, or RCN qualified with active NMC pin (paediatric experience is essential) Ideally hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to a car. A minimum of 3-5 years post-qualification experience in complex care or intensive care settings. Prior experience in community nursing is essential. (eg. district nursing or complex care in the home setting) Competent in tracheostomy care, ventilator management, and PEG feeding. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong working relationships with clients, families, and colleagues. Remit/Region: The remit covers Camden, Enfield, Wembley, Twickenham, Hounslow, and Richmond. This role is mainly remote, with occasional visits to clients. You will need to come into the office once a month for team meetings. What You Will Get: 24 days annual leave (plus 8 bank holidays and birthday off).
