We are seeking an experienced Claims Adjuster to join our client's market-leading Claims team. This role involves handling US Casualty claims and working alongside senior members of the team. Key Responsibilities: Manage US Casualty claims of varying complexity within a pre-determined authority level. Meet internal and external standards for claims handling and customer service, including SLAs, and ensure internal systems are kept updated. Develop and maintain positive relationships with external clients, brokers, and third-party experts. Skills, Knowledge, and Experience: Experience handling US Casualty claims (Essential) Experience with Lloyd's claims handling systems (ECF etc) Confidence in liaising with internal and external stakeholders and clients.
