Job Title: Senior Experienced Cladders Location: Greater Bristol Area UK Employment Type: Estimated 4 week Contract Job Description: We are urgently seeking three Senior Experienced Cladders to join our team at near Bristol. The successful candidates will be responsible for the installation and finishing of industrial cladding systems, ensuring high-quality work and compliance with strict safety and regulatory standards. This position requires candidates who are highly skilled, certified, and able to work in a secure and safety-critical environment. Key Responsibilities: Install and finish external and internal cladding systems as per project specifications. Work to high standards of quality and accuracy in a fast-paced construction environment. Interpret and work from technical drawings and schematics. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and project protocols. Collaborate effectively with the site team to meet deadlines. Requirements: Proven minimum of 5 years’ experience in industrial cladding, particularly on large-scale projects. All relevant and up-to-date industry certifications (e.g., NVQs, cladding-specific qualifications). Valid UK Safety Card (e.g., CSCS) . Willingness to undergo and pass a security check for site clearance. Additional certifications (e.g., IPAF, PASMA) are highly desirable. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
