A growing business and professional services organisation is seeking to appoint a CFO to take responsibility for oversight, development, and management of their Finance Function and to support overall strategic aims and business objectives. The role will oversee key performance measurements for this privately owned business through the preparation of detailed and incisive performance analysis, forecasting and reporting. Responsible for best business practices and aligning these globally to ensure the continued growth of the business and cohesion within their parent company. Responsibilities: Working closely with the CEO and global Senior Management Team to effectively assist in supporting and contributing to the formulation of their strategies and plans. Overseeing key business and performance measurements for the group through incisive performance analysis, forecasting and reporting. Coordinate the financial reporting of the group with the international FD’s and finance teams. Further development of the business KPI system and related reporting. Be a consistent role model and provide appropriate leadership values. The successful candidate will be ACA (or equivalent) qualified with proven experience in a leadership position with exposure at board level. A proven track record of building and developing finance teams in a fast-paced environment is key. Willingness to travel internationally to the US, Canada and around Western Europe on an ad-hoc basis will be a requirement of the role, however, there is flexibility to work from home when in London.
