About the Role Chief Data Architect - Customer Data Transformation Location: London, Contract Responsibilities Evaluate the current state and proposed approach for the Customer Data Programme, offering critical insights and refinements. Design and Build a strategic Customer Reference Data Store, aligning with industry best practices. Validate and Refine Estimates for workstreams and resource allocation, ensuring the programme is well-structured for success. Advise on Technology: Provide recommendations for implementing technologies such as Salesforce, Dynamics, or custom solutions. Strategic Architecture: Deliver architectural recommendations for all five workstreams, spanning data remediation, organisational hierarchies, and governance frameworks. Qualifications Extensive Banking Experience: Proven track record in building Customer Reference Data Stores within major financial institutions. Required Skills Platform Integration Expertise: Deep knowledge of integrating customer data with platforms like Salesforce or Dynamics, or delivering bespoke implementations. Programme Mobilisation Skills: Experience working in early-stage initiatives, with a consultative approach to team structure and technical design.
