CHARTERED/ SENIOR BUILDING SURVEYOR LONDON £70,000 PERFORMANCE RELATED BONUS I’m pleased to be working with a newly formed firm of Chartered Building Surveyors who are on a very exciting growth trajectory, with a plan to grow to a team of 15 fee earners over the next 3 years. Driven by two highly entrepreneurial, established, and inspiring Partners, my client now seeks the addition of a qualified Building Surveyor who shares the same determination and vision. The client base spans across heritage, commercial and private residential sectors, and this has been nurtured and developed throughout the careers of the Partners – who were both key players in some of London’s most prominent surveying firms. You will be expected to oversee projects from inception to completion, this will include conducting surveys, advising on Party Wall matters, and leading refurbishment efforts. Day to day you will be expected to undertake the following: Contract administration and management of projects. Building pathology, defects and repairs. Licences for alteration Reinstatement cost assessments Planned maintenance programming Party wall advice Schedules of dilapidation Expert witness advice About you: Our client would love to interview surveyors who are diligent, gutsy and ambitious.
