Where will you sit in this team? You will be at the forefront of this transformational journey, reporting directly to the Chief Transformation Officer. You will play a pivotal role in delivering a seamless integration of acquisitions, embedding strategic initiatives, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement all while managing a team of two Change Managers supporting the successful delivery of all major projects. You’ll need to have experience dealing with stakeholders at all levels of the business with impressive buy-in from the C-level executvies.
