CEO-Health&Wellness London £150k We are working with an exciting and up-and-coming buy and build business who operate within the Health Wellness space. They are looking to hire an exceptional leader who will take their business to the next level of growth having built a solid strategy in their space. What you’ll be doing:- Working closely with the Founders and wider SLT you will be tasked with:- Geographical expansion- with a particular focus on growing their DTC presence in the US. Developing a Meta engine to scale existing brands and expand business across multiple channels. Working on Product Development to diversify and enhance their offerings. Expanding distribution channels , with a focus on retail, content creation and SEO. Identifying new opportunities and building strategic partnerships in the space. Taking the lead on embedding company strategy, ops and culture into decision making processes. Managing the financial health of the business including budgeting and forecasting and performance monitoring. Regular board contact reporting on performance, forecasts and strategic initiatives. What we are looking for:- Somebody who is operating at a Founder, CEO or COO level We need a true leader who can show a track record of scaling businesses in high-growth environments, especially within DTC, health&wellness or other related industries. Ex-founders who understand small business and the scaling process would be an ideal fit Someone who understands complexity of NPD, compliance and international expansion. An understanding of core routes to market i.e Amazon and Meta. If coming from Health and Wellness, an understanding of subscription and retention strategies. Highly analytical, you’ll be using lots of data to draw insight and make recommendations so you must have a data-led approach.
