With a reputation for excellence and strategic partnerships with leading technology providers, they’re one of the largest EMEA partners for a major CX tech vendor. While their HQ is based in Bristol, they operate with a flexible, home-based working model and hold bi-annual company get-togethers in Bristol to foster a strong team culture. This isn’t a vendor role—it’s a consultative sales role with a broad toolbox of solutions to offer clients. The sales team is supported by a highly skilled pre-sales team who consistently receive great feedback from employees. This gives you a significant advantage in closing deals, as you’ll have access to technical expertise and tailored support throughout the sales cycle. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong solutions sales background. You’ll thrive in this role if you: Understand cloud communications, contact centre solutions, or similar spaces. Are skilled at spotting opportunities and articulating solutions to clients. Can engage clients in a consultative manner, building trust and understanding their unique needs. Have enough technical understanding to hold your own in discussions, calling on pre-sales support as needed.
