About the role An opportunity has arisen in the Sheltered Housing team for a caretaker. Responsible for the general maintenance and upkeep of the communal areas in our sheltered schemes. About you We are looking for someone with good customer service skills and a compassionate but firm approach. You will have good organisational skills and a valid UK driving licence. Caretaking experience or basic handyperson skills to complete domestic repairs is essential.
