Business Project Manager Contract - Initial 6 Months £550 per day Inside IR35 Hybrid - London We are seeking an experienced Business Project Manager for our client, to lead and deliver impactful business change initiatives, focusing on process improvement, customer journey enhancements, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing projects that drive organisational transformation, including process automation and customer-centric solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead business change projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and timelines. Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, milestones, resource allocation, and budgets. Manage projects that involve the automation of business processes, enhancing operational efficiency and accuracy. Oversee initiatives aimed at optimising the customer journey, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project goals, and implement solutions .Identify, analyse, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes. Ensure stakeholder engagement through regular communication, updates, and collaboration. Monitor project progress, manage changes to scope or schedule, and deliver regular status reports. Maintain meticulous project documentation, including lessons learned and best practices. Experience Required Proven experience (5 years) in managing business change projects across multiple domains. Demonstrated expertise in projects involving: Automation of business processes. Enhancements to customer journey design and implementation. Familiarity with change management principles and practices. Strong understanding of business analysis and stakeholder management techniques. Knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall. Hands-on experience with project management tools, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Trello. Desired qualifications include Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent process improvement credentials. Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and organisational skills.
