Business Process Analyst - London, Greater London, United Kingdom About the Role: As a Business Process Analyst at ONE, you'll play a vital role in optimizing and streamlining our business processes across the Europe and Africa region. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, implement innovative solutions, and deliver exceptional results. Key Responsibilities: Process Improvement: Conduct in-depth analysis of existing processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose efficient solutions. Process Documentation: Create and maintain clear and concise process documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and system manuals. Training and Development: Deliver comprehensive training programs to empower employees and ensure process adherence. Change Management: Effectively manage process and system changes, minimizing disruption and maximizing benefits. System Support: Provide expert support for our operational systems, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems. Project Management: Contribute to project initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
