With an annual turnover of £1 billion and a robust reputation for delivering excellence, they are looking to expand their presence across both regulated and non-regulated client streams. As the Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving strategic growth and forging key partnerships in this rapidly evolving industry. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a well-defined business development plan targeting the renewable energy and energy transmission sectors. Identify and establish relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners within the industry. Explore and secure new business opportunities to drive revenue growth across both regulated and non-regulated client streams. Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with company objectives. Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to inform decision-making and strategy. Prepare and present compelling proposals, bids, and tenders to secure contracts. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within construction, energy, utilities, or related industries. Strong understanding of the renewable energy and energy transmission sectors, including key players, challenges, and opportunities. Proven track record of developing and executing successful business development plans. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
