Roles/Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, specifiers, and distributors. Identify new business opportunities and manage a robust sales pipeline. Promote and specify resinous flooring solutions tailored to client needs. Provide technical guidance and product knowledge to specifiers and end-users. Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless project delivery. Coordinate project timelines and milestones with stakeholders to achieve successful execution. Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, KPIs, and project pipelines. Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to enhance market presence. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years’ experience in resinous flooring, with expertise in specification sales. Strong understanding of the specification process within the construction industry. Proven ability to build relationships with architects, specifiers, and contractors. Proficiency in interpreting and discussing architectural plans and specifications. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
