People and Process Solutions is a leading recruiter into the Medical&Sports Equipment market. We are now looking for a Business Development Exec / Manager to sell First Aid Solutions including Sports Kit Bags and Consumables into the UK Sports Clubs networks including Rugby, Football, F1 and also into Industrial companies such as McDonalds, BT, Sky, Jaguar etc. This role requires a true door opener BDM who is not afraid to get on the phone and email and find decision makers. Initially it is envisaged the ideal person will be Hybrid remote, 2 days per week in the West Midlands office and 3 days on the road across the UK. As such you will enjoy driving and be willing to have nights away from home. Responsibilities Identify new business, obtain appointments and sell the first aid solution. Manage time and efficiency when appointment booking. Become a champion of the extensive product range Deliver target sales The Ideal Candidate Bachelor's degree in sports science / fitness 3 years prior field based Business Development experience selling products (early stage BDM) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Focused and goal-oriented The Package £40k Basic (some flex) £6k Car Allowance 25% annual bonus Medical money-back scheme 22 days holiday with annual increments up to 25 after 3 years service Pension on completion of probation
