The Role My client is looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead their client acquisition efforts through cold calling and networking. Key Responsibilities: Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities via cold calling, email outreach, and networking. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring regular follow-ups to convert leads into clients. Understand client needs and present tailored financing solutions effectively. Develop a deep understanding of lending products and market trends. Collaborate with the marketing and underwriting teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets. Requirements: Proven track record in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably within the financial services sector. Strong experience in cold calling and lead generation. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage a pipeline effectively.
