Business Development Manager – Fiduciary Management Location: London | Competitive Salary Benefits A leading firm in the UK Fiduciary Management market is seeking a Business Development Manager to support its ambitious growth objectives. This role is focused on building strong client relationships, driving new business, and achieving AUM and revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: Developing relationships with trustees and institutional investors to secure new business opportunities. Managing the entire sales process, including generating leads, advancing opportunities, reviewing proposals, and delivering final presentations. Collaborating closely with UK and EMEA sales teams to maximize success rates. Supporting RFPs, prospecting activities, and pitch processes to achieve business goals. Contributing to wider corporate growth targets and mentoring junior team members as needed. What we are looking for: In-depth knowledge and understanding of UK Pension Fund market dynamics, and investors’ needs. Strong knowledge of the trustee market. CFA Level 1 or progress through Actuarial exams Ability to build and nurture relationships with institutional clients. Excellent communication, organisational, and presentation skills.
