Business Development Manager Salary £45,000 - £75,000 (Double OTE) Benefits London (Once a week in the office) CPS Group is proud to partner with a large technology consultancy that is looking to hire FIVE new business development managers to join the team This employer is also a Certified Microsoft Gold Partner About the Role We’re looking for experienced Business Development Managers to drive sales, revenue, and growth. You’ll have a strong track record of identifying and closing opportunities with new clients, particularly within Business and Digital Transformation, Operating Model Design, IT Service Delivery, and IT Service Management. Key Responsibilities Own the full sales cycle—from initial contact to closing deals. Apply a Power Base Selling methodology to drive success. Develop and execute a territory business plan and targeted sales campaigns. Identify and nurture new sales opportunities, building a strong pipeline. Build credibility and trust with corporate professionals at all levels. Maintain a client-first approach to business. Stay highly organized with strong attention to detail. Work collaboratively while taking full ownership of your responsibilities. Communicate effectively through strong written and verbal skills. Deliver results under pressure and meet deadlines. What You Bring Proven success in selling complex IT services to technical and business stakeholders. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets. A strategic mindset with the ability to see the bigger picture. Experience working with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, and consultants) and external partners (clients and Microsoft).
