A leading Law firm is seeking a talented and enthusiastic BD&Marketing Assistant to join their dynamic team. This role will play a crucial part in supporting the firm's business development efforts by providing essential BD responsibilities to support to the BD team. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain CRM data, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information Manage client relationships and maintain strong client relationships Coordinate and support event planning and logistics Assist with pitch preparation and management Manage client relationship data and ensure compliance with data protection regulations Provide administrative support to the BD team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing presentations Contribute to the overall success of the firm's business development initiatives Ideal Candidate: 1-2 years within Marketing/BD Experience within a professional service environment Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience working in a fast-paced and demanding environment. A proactive and results-oriented approach with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.
