About the role As a Business Centres Premise Technican, you will be an essential part of the team, working on a variety of tasks . You will operate across multiple sites, ensuring high-quality workmanship is delivered efficiently and safely. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in mandatory compliance checks. • Complete basic minor repairs and painting. • Operate independently and manage time effectively across multiple job sites. • Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are used safely and efficiently. • Complete work to a high standard, adhering to all safety guidelines. • Provide excellent customer service to clients and colleagues. About you We are looking for a reliable and experienced Business Centres Premises Technican with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently. You will have: Proven experience in facilities management. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A polite and approachable manner. High attention to detail and a commitment to quality work. A valid UK driving license. A \\\'can-do’ attitude and self-motivation. Qualified to GCSE level. Experience working in commercial maintenance and repairs works environment would be very advantageous.
