Thus, they are seeking an experienced LeadBusiness Analyst to join their expanding Product Transformation team to ensure the smooth delivery of a brand-new Product Platform for the Business. They are looking for an experienced consultant, who can implement vital, industry standard practices into the organisation. The successful Lead Business Analyst must have experience in Agile practices and working efficiently in this manner, whilst having experiences in high level process mapping and Senior stakeholder management. Essential Requirements: Experience working as a Lead Business Analyst Experience working at a strategic level with the ability to drive process and standardise across the board Process driven individual, who can bring industry standard processes Experience working on modernisation programmes Product experience is essential Experience with user journeys, process flows and the ability to gain intel from seniors within the business Software Development background UX/UI Flows, designs and wireframes experience would be beneficial
