Job Role Summary : The role involves providing analysis and design expertise within the Engineering function, with a focus on managing and delivering user requirements for major customer projects. The position includes stakeholder engagement to ensure project outcomes meet user needs. This is an office-based role in Gloucester or Manchester, with potential for hybrid working. Active eDV clearance is required. Key Responsibilities: Manage and deliver user requirements in Agile environments. Conduct feasibility studies, scope projects, and prioritise deliverables. Gather and document requirements using interviews, workshops, and other techniques. Analyse and reconcile information from multiple sources, distinguishing true needs from user requests. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document functional requirements. Act as the liaison between customers and project teams. Support integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and functionality testing. Desirable Skills and Experience: Proven experience in business analysis or functional/data modeling roles. Familiarity with tools like DOORS and Atlassian suite. Strong understanding of Agile and iterative development principles. Practical knowledge of software development processes. Excellent communication and mentoring skills. High business acumen and ability to quickly understand and address customer needs.
