Building Surveyor Goodman Masson are working with a local authority in the Northern Home Counties (hybrid) to recruit for an interim Building Surveyor. Rate: £300-£350 per day (negotiable, depending on experience) Duration: 6 months The successful candidate will be responsible for: dealing with responsive repairs across a wide range of commercial property including shops and theatres ensuring the use of building pathology to develop solutions for an array of building defects, their causes and remedies delivering a diverse range of minor works projects from inception to completion putting together JCT contracts The successful candidate will have: Previous experience in a similar role
