We're looking for a proactive and creative Brand&Communications Executive to help build compelling brand stories, craft professional marketing materials, and enhance the brands’ visibility through PR and thought-provoking articles. If you're a natural storyteller with a talent for creating high-quality content and experience in bringing brands to life across multiple channels, we'd love to hear from you Key Responsibilities Brand Development Work with stakeholders to define and refine the brand voice and positioning across the brand portfolio. Develop consistent tone of voice, messaging frameworks, and brand guidelines tailored to each brand’s audience. Identify storytelling opportunities that highlight the unique value proposition and human-interest aspects of the brands. Content Creation&Marketing Materials Create and edit high-quality content for brochures, sales decks, website copy, press releases, and other marketing materials. Develop and execute content strategies to educate and engage target audiences. Craft thought leadership pieces, blog posts, case studies, and social media content to amplify brand awareness. Market Engagement Position the client and their leadership as thought leaders through LinkedIn content, securing speaking opportunities, and pitching for industry awards. Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform content strategies. Build relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to drive media coverage. Social Media&Digital Marketing Manage social media accounts, creating engaging posts and fostering community interaction. Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop SEO-friendly content and track campaign performance. Employee Engagement&Internal Communications Develop internal communications strategies to enhance employee engagement and alignment with the company mission. Create internal newsletters, updates, and announcements to keep teams informed and motivated. Measurement&Reporting Use analytics tools to track content performance, campaign results, and media coverage, providing actionable insights to improve ROI. Regularly report on engagement, reach, and sentiment metrics. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in brand storytelling, copywriting, and content creation (agency or in-house). Expertise in PR, editing, and proofreading, with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences and formats. Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies. Experience managing social media accounts and creating engaging digital content. Strong understanding of media relations and how to build relationships with press contacts. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. A creative thinker with attention to detail and a results-driven approach.
