Brand Programme Manager Job Type: Full-Time. Starting Salary: £56652 - £68005 per annum plus benefits To find out more about the job please click the ‘apply for job’ button to be taken to Imperial job site About the role The Brand Programme Manager plays a leading role in the Brand team, ensuring timely and effective delivery and management of the Imperial brand and supporting the implementation of the university, communications and brand strategies. What you would be doing You will work with colleagues across Imperial to ensure successful delivery and ongoing engagement with our brand across the internal community Ensure the brand strategy and plan aligns with Imperial's vision, mission and values and supports the Imperial strategy and objectives. Communicate, collaborate, and build relationships with various internal and external stakeholders, such as members of the Communications Division, senior management, students, alumni, and external suppliers. Management of the brand budget including reporting, forecasting and leading on the planning round and financial year end processes. Establish, maintain, and oversee all the Brand team's operational processes and procedures to ensure the team works as efficiently as possible. Lead the implementation and ongoing application of Imperial's brand platform, Frontify, including access management, supplier integration, communications, accessibility, measurement and the development of guidelines and media libraries. Manage, plan and scheduling of major work streams, such as brand campaigns and strategic creative briefs, to ensure successful and effective ongoing implementation and outputs. What we are looking for Degree-level qualification in a relevant or closely related field. Project management experience, including handling multiple concurrent projects. Experience of managing large scale, complex projects Organisational skills, including excellent multi-tasking skills. Ability to work as part of a team. Have interpersonal skills, able to work at all levels in the institution and command the confidence of senior leadership.
