JOB OPPORTUNITY : Brand Manager LOCATION : Remote – Based in the South of England with Easy Access to London SALARY: £50-£60k (DOE) Pension ABOUT MY CLIENT Our client is a leading pharmacy, who offers a comprehensive range of aesthetic supplies, from dermal fillers, skin boosters, polynucleotides, and more. One of their product ranges; is looking for a Brand Manager to be an integral part of the business from working for the pharmacy by also working closely with the brand. The brand you will be working with is a renowned Swiss biotechnology company specializing in cutting-edge medical devices for aesthetic medicine, orthopedics, and ophthalmology. This company has been at the forefront of developing advanced treatments, including a groundbreaking skin booster that combines amino acids and hyaluronic acid to stimulate collagen and elastin production for rejuvenated, healthier skin. Since 2006, their products have been successfully distributed in over 20 countries, earning a reputation for quality and innovation. As part of their expansion efforts, they are now seeking a talented Brand Manager to lead all UK-focused branding strategies for this exceptional product range. OBJECTIVE Overseeing any aspect of marketing related to the brand (product, price, place, promotion, people, process and physical evidence), and ensuring that all branding decisions ultimately result in stronger sales. This is a liaison position between all teams to ensure the success of the brand. JOB ROLES MARKETING AND PRODUCT MANAGEMENT: MARKET ANALYSIS AND STRATEGY Analysis of the market, trends, potential, places to win Develop strategic marketing plans and set sales targets for the products. Provide regular reports on the aesthetic business, covering key issues, opportunities, competitive activity, and progress. EXECUTION&TACTICS Create and execute innovative tactical programs to support sales activities and enhance brand performance in collaboration with the multi-brand marketing team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, sales team, and existing teams to ensure internal buy in, alignment and execution. Manage major events, regional meetings, and workshops, as well as adhere to quality management and compliance requirements. Create marketing material needed for promotion, sales support, digital marketing and customer’s needs. KOL MANAGEMENT Create relationships with Key Opinion Leaders to increase recognition of the brand at National and International level. TRAINING Attend and support training sessions to gather insights for refining messaging and enhancing the participant experience. Collaborate with trainers to ensure brand consistency and alignment in the delivery of training sessions. Develop and optimise marketing funnels to drive demand for training programs and maintain consistent audience engagement. OTHERS Collaborate with global Marketing to execute global brand essence locally, to use global activities and support for local sales leverage and to feed global with market feedback to build the future of the brand BUDGET MANAGEMENT: Manage the annual budget for the brand specifics. Maintain accurate expenditure records and forecast inventory requirements. Collaborate with the sales team, Marketing team, and logistics team for accurate product forecasts and requirements. TEAM MANAGEMENT&SALES FORCE: Foster a positive team environment and demonstrate leadership behaviors aligned with company's culture. Set achievable goals that support the strategic direction of products and portfolios. Monitor goal progress and provide product line communications data. Stay updated on market trends and conditions through regular communication with the sales team and regular field visit. Provide training on marketing material usage and support sales effectiveness improvement. Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and implement a field force training strategy. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Science/Health Sciences. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the aesthetic business or in pharmaceutical industry, with at least 2 years in product/brand management. B2B2C experience Strong interest in Aesthetic and Beauty Strategic and creative mindset Ease to work in a complex environment. Ease to communicate, to connect with people.
